1% is the least credible and 100% is the most credible.
Each third of the scale is given a category:
1%-32% First Kid: Absolutely no credibility
33%-66% Second Kid: Biased one way or the other, but has credible information
67%-100% Third Kid: Balanced argument and very credible information
